EE Solutions Inc. was founded in 1990 by Shiu S. Ng, then a Senior Design Engineer in the aerospace and avionics industry, to provide consulting services in the area of military and avionics product designs.

In 1994, Dennis English joined EE Solutions to bring additional engineering and business administrative capabilities.
